Tosefta Demai
[If] a man says to his friends [alt., חמוריו (donkey-driver) not חבירו (friend)] or to his workers, "Go and eat [what I purchased with] this dinar," or "Drink [what I purchased] with this dinar," [they should] not be concerned about [whether he is careful about] tithes or about shevi'it, or about the wine of libation [of a Gentile], but if he said, "Go and eat this loaf of bread and I will pay for it," or "Go and drink this revi'it [of wine] and I will pay for it," behold, he is suspected as to shevi'it and tithes and as to the wine of libation.
